Why DO toasters have a setting that would make things burnt?
I dont understand why toasters have 6 settings. Ours is on 3 and things come out reasonable edible but if I were to set it at 4 it would be black, have never tried 5 or 6 so why oh why oh why?
Good question – I totally agree it is crazy.
Never gone above 3 1/2 for toast, muffins, bagels, crumpets or anything else that I can think of.
